Diet

Each body is unique. The metabolism of each person is different. Being aware of that, we have an individual approach to each client. The diet will help you achieve the desired results, taking into consideration the special features of your body and the training program.

The importance of the food component in the training program cannot be neglected because it is vital for muscle development. It is well-known that keen weight-lifters are ready to spend a long time and to take great efforts in the gym. However, not many sportsmen are willing to make sacrifices regarding their diet in order to achieve optimal conditions for success. You should remember that you spend only an hour a day in the fitness gym, while the rest 23 hours are completely enough to ruin your training program. It is of great importance for the sportsman who strives for a set goal to develop appropriate eating habits so that his enormous (often unexplainable) efforts could be crowned with success.

We should accept the approach which includes small meals several times a day instead of big meals three times a day. Each person should define the concept of “small” and “big” for himself/herself. Eating “just a bit” for one may mean “a lot” for another. It is important to maintain a constant process of “energizing” during the whole day in order to maintain the necessary glycogen reserve and to establish positive nitrogen balance in the muscles. Moreover, eating several times a day leads to fast metabolism and supports fat burning, not allowing fats to accumulate in the body, which, on its turn, increases the muscle mass and reduces the fat level.

In the Fitness Centres “Sitalk” clients can have a personal diet prepared in accordance with their specific physical parameters, training program and the desired result.
